Vegrower offers a 1-year warranty on all our products, covering any manufacturing defects or issues under normal usage. If you encounter any problems with your Vegrower product, please contact our customer service team for assistance.
To start a return, please reach out to our customer service within [14 days] of receiving your Vegrower product. We will provide you with instructions on how to return the item, and returns must be in their original packaging and condition.
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will process your refund within 7-14 days. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used during purchase. Please note that shipping fees are non-refundable.
